Richard has nearly 30 years of experience, mainly in the automotive and food industries, in both
manufacturing and distribution. His expertise focuses primarily on general management,
finance, HR, operations, and IT. He also has in-depth knowledge of various types of
organizations, including consulting firms, publicly traded industrial groups, LBOs, cooperatives,
and family ecosystems.
A graduate of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne University and Sciences Po Paris, he began his career at
Deloitte in Audit and then M&A.
In 2000, he joined the Retail Division of the Renault Group in France and Austria as Financial
Controller and then Head of Vehicle Management Control.
In 2008, he joined the Autodistribution group, then the largest LBO in France, as Chief Financial
Officer for the Western region, to oversee the centralization of back offices and the turnaround
of operational entities.
In 2013, he joined the food sector as Managing Director of a major purchasing center for the
E.Leclerc movement to oversee the transformation of the supply chain.
In 2020, he joined the Mulliez galaxy as Managing Director of Agapes Services. He then became
president of an agri-food company specializing in charcuterie, followed by managing director of
two Italian restaurant chains.
At Exec Avenue, he brings three areas of expertise:
• Sector-specific: the automotive and food sectors—from factories to distribution networks.
• Organizational: the specific characteristics of numerous environments: listed companies,
investment funds, family-owned groups, independent movements, multi-site networks.
• Geographic: long established in the north of France , he has excellent knowledge of this area.
His passion for cooking and wine illustrates the importance he places on conviviality and
interpersonal skills, values that are essential for building relationships of trust and efficiency
with decision-makers, shareholders, and executives alike.
